Cheese fondue with Echte cheese spread

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 400 grams Echte Cheese Spread 20+ or 48+
  • 400 mature cheese, grated
To prepare:
  • a fondue pot

Method

  1. Cut the garlic clove in half use it to rub the inside of the fondue pot.
  2. Add the wine, bring to the boil, and add the lemon juice.
  3. Add the grated cheese and mix until the cheese has melted
  4. Finally, add the Echte Cheese Spread.

Tip: Is the sauce too thin?
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with a teaspoon of water to form a paste and add it to the cheese fondue. Keep stirring on the heat until you get the desired thickness.
