- Cut the garlic clove in half use it to rub the inside of the fondue pot.
- Add the wine, bring to the boil, and add the lemon juice.
- Add the grated cheese and mix until the cheese has melted
- Finally, add the Echte Cheese Spread.
Tip: Is the sauce too thin?
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with a teaspoon of water to form a paste and add it to the cheese fondue. Keep stirring on the heat until you get the desired thickness.
