Method: herb butter
- Allow butter to come to room temperature
- Beat the butter in a mixer till creamy
- Chop the chives and parsley fine
- Crush the garlic
- Add the herbs and garlic to the the Echte Boter
- Add pepper to taste
- Mix well
- Serve in a dish with French bread or on grilled meat
Method: curried herb butter
- Allow butter to come to room temperature
- Beat the butter in a mixer till creamy
- Mix the curry powder with a little water to make a paste
- Add the paste to the butter
- Add pepper to taste
- Chop the chives fine
- Add to the herb butter
- Mix well
- Serve in a dish with French bread or on grilled meat
Method: Italian herb butter
- Allow butter to come to room temperature
- Beat the butter in a mixer till creamy
- Put the sundried tomatoes, pine-nuts, red basil, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse to a fine consistency
- Add the paste to the butter
- Add the cheese
- Add pepper to taste
- Mix well
- Serve in a dish with French bread or on grilled meat
