- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Heat the contents of a tub of Echte Cheese Spread (choose the natural or sambal) together with the milk in a pan and stir well.
- Fill a baking dish with half of the nachos and half of the cheese sauce. Then make another layer with the rest of the nachos and the remaining cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheddar.
- Place the baking dish in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, make the salsa. Cut the tomatoes and jalapeño into small cubes, chop 1/2 a red onion and chop a clove of garlic. Mix everything together.
- Serve the nachos together with the salsa and crème fraîche. Garnish with fresh coriander (optional).
