- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve a cup of the pasta water and drain.
- Add the cheese spread to the pasta and stir. To thin the sauce, add some of the reserved pasta water and stir. Season with salt and pepper and add the peas, mixing until everything is warm.
- Garnish the pasta with sprouts and serve immediately.
Tip: Extra delicious with (hot) smoked salmon or fried bacon.
