Method:
- Peel the potatoes
- Chop the potatoes into smaller, evenly sized chunks
- Boil in water till soft (approx 20 mins),
- Check by inserting a knife to see if soft enough and ready
- In a second pan boil water for the peas
- Once the water boils add the peas and simmer till ready (approx 8 mins)
- Whilst the vegetables are boiling chop the spring onions in 0.5 cm pieces
- Drain the potatoes
- Mash the potatoes
- Add the cream and Echte Boter to the mash
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add the spring onions
- Add the peas
- Mix the ingredients well
- Serve!
