- Beat the eggs with the Echte Cheese Spread until smooth. Add the milk, melted butter, spring onion and self-raising flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your waffle iron. Fill the iron with a full ice cream scoop or 2 to 3 spoons of batter per waffle. Bake the waffles until golden brown and repeat till finished.
- Enjoy served with slices of chicken, extra Echte Cheese Spread and a boiled egg.
Tip: The waffles can also be prepared beforehand, but allow to cool down first before wrapping.
