- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat 2 eggs with the cheese spread until smooth. Add the rest of the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and beat again.
- Divide this egg mixture into a greased muffin tins. Add the vegetables equally over the muffins and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Tip: Alternatively add in any leftover vegetables from the fridge!
