- Carefully place the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, until hard-boiled. Drain and cool the eggs well under cold water.
- Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks in a bowl. Mash with a fork till smooth. Add the cheese spread and beat well until the mixture thickens. Season with pepper and salt if necessary.
- Spoon or pipe the filling into the halved egg whites and garnish with the chopped parsley.
