Tip: Keep the puff pastry cold. This way you can close the seam properly so that the cheese spread does not leak during baking.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the puff pastry slices in half. Place a generous teaspoon of Echte Cheese Spread on one half of each strip of pastry and fold closed. Press the edges with a fork so that they are properly closed. Repeat with the rest.
- Beat the egg and brush over the top of the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the cheese puffs in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve with a dip of your choice.
