Blini with real cheese spread and Salmon

Bllini met Echte Smeerkaas & Zalm

Ingredients

  • 75 g plain flour
  • 75 g buckwheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tub Echte Smeerkaas 48+ / 20+
  • 100 g salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • sprouts

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Method

  1. Mix the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the milk. Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
  2. Heat some butter in a frying pan. Spoon small amounts of batter into the pan, about half a tablespoon per blini. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  3. Top the blinis with Echte Smeerkaas 20+, smoked salmon, and microgreens. For a vegetarian option, use avocado slices and sprouts.
