  1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.<\/li>\n
  2. Make sure the Echte Boter and eggs are at room temperature.<\/li>\n
  3. Mix the Echte Boter, salt and lemon zest whilst warming it gently, for example au bain marie, until the butter is creamy. Pay attention not to melt the butter.<\/li>\n
  4. Mix in the caster sugar.<\/li>\n
  5. Beat it lightly with a mixer.<\/li>\n
  6. Mix in the egg - in stages - with a mixer.<\/li>\n
  7. When all the egg is mixed in, fold in the flour.<\/li>\n
  8. Pour the batter into a well-greased bundt mould.<\/li>\n
  9. Bake the tulband cake in the pre-heated oven at 140 degrees for at least 60 minutes.<\/li>\n
  10. When you touch the baked tulband and it springs back it is ready to come out of the oven..<\/li>\n
  11. Immediately remove the cake from the mould by inverting the tulband onto a plate.<\/li>\n
